Peter Rodger CFA®
MANAGING DIRECTOR


Peter Rodger is the Chief Executive Officer and the Head of Portfolio Management of T.C.R. Peter graduated from City University London with a BSc in Investment and Financial Risk Management, and then obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst Designation (CFA).

Peter has over 13 years of experience in the Financial Markets, and the Financial Services industry, working for Global Banks and Investment Firms. His previous work experience includes positions in Risk Management, Prop-Trading, Portfolio Management and Fund Management.

Peter’s trading experience covers both Developed and Emerging Markets, and a wide range of Financial Instruments, including Fixed Income, Equities, Foreign Exchange, Futures and various other Derivatives.


Demetris Vasiliou
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


Demetris Vasiliou is the Chief Financial Officer of T.C.R. with a demonstrated history of working in the Financial/Audit services industry. A strong finance professional, Demetris graduated from ACCA and Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Demetris is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).

Demetris has over 14 years of experience in the fields of accounting, audit and tax, spanning the whole spectrum of industries. He has gained valuable experience from his previous position of Audit Manager with a number of high profile clients, while working for high tier firms.



Charles P. Charalambous, Chartered MCSI
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


Charles Charalambous is the Head of Advisory Services at T.C.R. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and co-founder of the CISI National Advisory Council in Cyprus. A founding member and previous Board Member of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA), where he currently acts as Chairman of the HR & Training Committee.

Charles successfully passed the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s – FINRA (USA) Series 7 General Securities Registered Representative and the Series 9 General Securities Sales Supervisor/Options as well as other international industry qualifications.

With over 20 years of financial industry experience Charles serves on the board of directors of reputable firms in Cyprus. He was previously the Managing Director of a Big 4 audit firm's investment services division responsible for the Wealth Advisory Services. Furthermore, his experience included senior positions at global banks and broker-dealers where he acquired expertise in the areas of Advisory, International Trading and Investment Banking.


Panagiotis Panagos
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


Panagiotis Panagos is the Managing Partner of Panagos and Panagos LLC. Panayiotis holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Manchester University, a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Commercial Law from Cardiff University, as well as the title of Barrister-at-Law from the Inns of Court School of Law (City University London). He is also a member of the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn. He was called to the Cyprus Bar in 2007.

>Panagiotis has extensive knowledge of both in and out of Court procedures, judgment enforcement and execution and has represented clients in Civil Courts as well as at the Court of Appeal.

Panagiotis specializes in Receiverships, Company Liquidations and Bankruptcies, as well as Corporate, Contract and Banking Law. He has handled high profile multi-million valued agreements and cases.




Charalambos Paschalides
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


Carlos graduated with an LL.B from Essex University in the UK and attended an Advanced LLM program in International Trade Law from Amsterdam Law School in Holland. He was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2008.

His work mainly concentrated on foreign corporate clients routing their business through Cyprus. He has handled a number of cross-border transactions including some of the biggest ever investments made in Russia and Eastern Europe by Western investors, working alongside some of the leading international law firms.

Carlos specializes on matters of Cyprus taxation, Anti Money Laundering, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance and generally Cyprus corporate law.


George Pavlides
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


George Pavlides is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant. He spent his earlier career with top accounting firms Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young.

George subsequently moved into the business Industry where he has held senior managerial positions with several large international and multi-national organizations, including the AG Leventis Group, Italian oil co. Agip, U.S. Raychem Corp., and German DEPFA Bank,

George currently manages financial and administration affairs for a high net worth family group and also serves as an Independent Director on various companies.
